I know how it works but it is darn near impossible for me to read. I take my measurement and lock the spindle and then pick it up and look at it an it drives me crazy for 30 seconds before I can read into my brain. :x

I feel for ya guy. Lots of people have that problem reading backwards. I call it micrometer dyslexia.  :-D
