Shocks
without who's sage smirks and condescending crap I would not even have attempted this... which may have been a good thing in and of itself.
I am putting shocks on for rough road use and I have the Casita "high lift" axle. I also have TWO sets of tires and rims. I plan my trips and base the wheel change on if I am going to go cruising or bouncing. I have no idea if shocks will work or are even needed on a nice paved highway (rubber torsion axles have some natural dampening of their own... they do not act like leaf or coil springs). So if you are pavement cruiser with the standard axle this stuff may not help you.
Why my rough roads are may be different than your rough roads
Why I have two sets of tires and wheels
I used the Monroe kit #517
with Monroe shocks #555003
The kit needs modification because Monroe makes it only for the 20 degree down axle mine is a 0 degree axle. Example look at the Monroe instructions and then look at my axle at rest
